Our estimate for provisions was $18.6 million.Net charge-offs (annualized) were 0.20% of average total loans, down 7 bps from the prior-year quarter.Capital Ratios & Profitability Ratios ImproveAs of Dec. 31, 2024, the Tier 1 leverage ratio was 11.29%, up from 10.10% at the end of the year-earlier quarter. The common equity Tier 1 ratio was 14.14%, up from 12.33% as of Dec. 31, 2023.At the end of the fourth quarter, the return on average assets was 1.40%, up from the year-ago period’s 0.56%.
