St. Cloud Refrigeration Founder, Don Fitch, Passes Away

ST. CLOUD, Minn., Feb. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- St. Cloud Refrigeration (SCR, Inc.) is saddened to announce the passing of its founder, Donald "Don" J. Fitch, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 99. Don's vision and dedication were instrumental in building SCR into the successful company it is today.

Don founded St. Cloud Refrigeration in 1957 with his wife, Delphine. For over 65 years, the company has served residents and businesses across Minnesota and the upper Midwest offering a wide range of services within the areas of refrigeration, HVAC, building automation, and food service design, installation, and maintenance. Their shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been fundamental to SCR's enduring success.
