Largest UK North Sea Oil Producer Raises Output Guidance

Harbour Energy, the largest oil producer in the UK North Sea, lifted on Thursday its full-year production guidance for 2024 to reflect the contribution of the upstream assets of Wintershall Dea, which it acquired earlier this year. In early September, Harbour Energy completed the acquisition of the Wintershall Dea asset portfolio, comprising substantially all of Wintershall Dea AG’s upstream assets, in a deal worth $11 billion.
