Tansect Launches A Free Yard Management (YMS) Platform - OptiYard.ai

APPLETON, Wis., Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tansect has launched OptiYard.ai, a free Yard Management System (YMS) designed for both small and large facilities, which gives many of these locations an automated visibility platform that was not available to them before. The tool is available at www.optiyard.ai and is available to everyone including facilities and supply chain providers.

The platform is free for the first two users at a site, and for the first 25 yard/dock locations. Additional options are available, based on users and yard spaces, with the maximum tier being $599 USD annually. According to Tansect, even the top tier was designed to be considered a low barrier to entry and is significantly less expensive than other YMS platforms on the market. Since OptiYard is a cloud-based web platform, it can be deployed in minutes and does not require IT assistance or infrastructure/overhead…though integration options are available.

According to Tansect, this is the first of several free and/or discounted platforms that the company has planned for 2025. These free platforms are going to focus on areas that are not covered by traditional ERPs and create situations where companies manage data with paper on a clipboard or with spreadsheets.
