PALISADES ANNOUNCES NEW FOUND CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

("New Found"), a significant equity investee of Palisades within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation, has appointed Chad Williams to its board of directors (the "New Found Gold Board"). Effective the date hereof, Mr. Williams replaces Collin Kettell, Founder of New Found, who is stepping off the New Found Gold Board.
