Healthcare finance leader brings global expertise to Lumina Foundation Board

INDIANAPOLIS, April 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaye Vitug, a global healthcare and finance leader, has joined Lumina Foundation's Board of Directors, which concluded its spring meeting today.

Vitug is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of Roche Diagnostics North America, a market leader in delivering novel diagnostic solutions that help improve patients' lives. She also serves as co-chief executive officer and co-founder of Unlocking Eve, a nonprofit foundation pioneering efforts to bring a new model of integrated leadership to unlock better health and business outcomes.

In 2022, she was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Indianapolis Business Journal.

Vitug, who also is on the board of directors of United Way of Central Indiana, will serve a four-year term on Lumina's Board.
