The notifying party acts as a trustee for the dependent GRENKE-Stiftung, Baden-Baden, which has no legal capacity. By way of a securities loan dated December 29, 2023, the notifying party acquired 1,920,000 shares from Grenke Beteiligung GmbH & Co. KG, Baden-Baden, by way of a securities loan. The securities loan was terminated and the borrowed shares were transferred back to Grenke Beteiligung GmbH & Co. KG.
