DALLAS, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas-based Kobalt Investment Company announced today the launch of Kobalt Retail Services, a third-party management and retail brokerage. The new division will be led by Haylee Swinton, a commercial real estate veteran with over 10 years of industry experience.

The new platform will provide comprehensive property management and leasing services to both landlords and tenants.
