Govini Selected for $919 Million Supply Chain Risk Illumination Contract Vehicle from General Services Administration
10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement positions Govini's Ark platform to eliminate supply chain vulnerabilities across federal agencies
ARLINGTON, Va., April 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Govini, the software company that accelerates the defense acquisition process, today announced it has secured the General Services Administration's (GSA) 10-year Supply Chain Risk Illumination Professional Tools and Services (SCRIPTS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The $919 million BPA enables federal agencies across the U.S. Government to deploy Ark, Govini's flagship platform, to eliminate supply chain vulnerabilities throughout their industrial base. This vehicle provides every federal agency more direct access to Ark's supply chain application for the next decade.
"Outsourced manufacturing, industry consolidation, and China's economic aggression have shattered the strength of American supply chains," said Tara Murphy Dougherty, Govini CEO. "Given the urgent need to rebuild the American Industrial Base, GSA's selection of Govini confirms what we've long known: Ark is the AI-driven platform of choice for delivering the comprehensive supply chain resiliency the U.S. government needs. We look forward to transforming the way all federal agencies identify and eliminate emergent threats across their industrial base."
GSA established the SCRIPTS BPA to help federal agencies holistically screen vendors and supplier networks to ensure they are reputable, financially secure, and free from adversarial influence. With its continuous risk monitoring and unmatched data integration capabilities, Ark outperformed competitors in technical evaluations, and was recognized as uniquely positioned to illuminate and address critical supply chain vulnerabilities across the federal government.
Today, Ark powers critical missions throughout the Department of Defense and federal agencies. Beyond supply chain risk management, Ark's applications help agencies develop new tech, accelerate production, and field capabilities faster. The selection for the $919 million BPA adds to Govini's expanding footprint across the government, enabling more agencies to harness its power to make better, faster decisions.
