The Platform Group AG: Acquisition of Enterprise Software-as-a-Service platform fintus business

Düsseldorf, 25 March 2025. The Platform Group AG (ISIN DE000A2QEFA1, “TPG”), a leading software company for platform solutions, has acquired the fintus and finted AI business (through the acquisition of finone Holding), based in Frankfurt/Main. A contract for 51% of the company’s shares was signed on 24 March 2025. Closing is expected in April 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

fintus has successfully positioned itself as a platform for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products for highly regulated financial institutions in Germany and Austria. The core of the acquired software portfolio is the low-code enterprise software for financial institutions fintus.

Sales with SaaS-software of fintus is in the double-digit millions.“
