Driving Growth Through Innovation and Construction Excellence

Passionate and unwavering in their commitment to customers, each individual brings decades of diverse experience and deep industry expertise to their new roles. By integrating collaborative solutions—such as virtual design and construction (VDC), AI and other technologies; cutting-edge prefabrication techniques; and a robust self-perform work strategy—this team will help customers achieve the goals behind their projects while also aiming to set new industry standards for safety, quality, and project delivery.

"Camilo, Adrienne, and James bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership. Their focus on operational excellence, innovative technologies, and developing top-tier talent will strengthen our customer relationships, empower our teams, and drive us toward a more efficient, collaborative, and sustainable future," said George Pfeffer, CEO of DPR Construction. "Our customers face increased pressures every day and we strive with these transitions to enhance our team's ability to address them. Simply put, their contributions are integral to our ability to deliver predictable outcomes."

Experienced Leaders Shaping the Future

Garcia joined DPR in 2003, building a disciplined and collaborative approach to project execution. Working abroad from 2011 to 2014, he consulted clients on lean construction principles, fostering the use of IPD contracting methods and virtual design and construction. Since relocating to Washington, DC, in 2014, he has played a pivotal role in diversifying the business and driving regional growth in DC/Baltimore, while helping expand DPR's Northeast presence to five offices. He has helped build an inclusive culture that has been recognized with a Washington Business Journal Diversity Award and supports key organizations, like Federal City Council and the National Building Museum serving as Chairman of the Board.

Following a decade of service as the Regional Leader, Greg Haldeman will transition to focus on strategic projects and initiatives that bring national best practices to the Northeast. Greg will remain in northern Virginia and continue to serve the many customers and relationships that have helped DPR build a strong relationship-driven business in the Northeast.

Rosenbaum has served in multiple roles, including leading the Special Services Group and most recently serving as the Operations Leader for the DC/Baltimore Business Unit since she joined in 2011. Known for her people-focused leadership style, she has fostered an inclusive, high-performance culture that ensures consistent, high-quality project delivery.
A dedicated mentor and board member for Second Story, she advances industry leadership and inspires future talent.

Zocco began his journey with DPR as a project manager in DC/Baltimore before relocating to Richmond. He has played a significant role in developing Richmond's self-perform work capabilities, expanding DPR's expertise in concrete, drywall, and Division 7 trades, and growing a team of more than 150 craft professionals. Zocco has also driven the development of the local Prefabrication Assembly Facility (PAF), enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency through off-site manufacturing and assembly. James will serve on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Construction Careers Coalition (NV3C), a group dedicated to providing a sustainable stream of qualified tradesmen for the construction industry.

Looking Ahead: Driving Innovation Across the Northeast

"These transitions reflect the ongoing evolution of our business as we expand our SPW and prefabrication capabilities, implement digital tools that ensure consistent, predictable outcomes for our clients, and open new offices," said Mike Humphrey, DPR's Northeast co-Regional Leader.

With a dedicated team of more than 1,300 craft and administrative professionals across the Northeast, this leadership team embodies DPR's ever forward mindset—driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction. This leadership shift positions DPR to deliver industry-leading results while advancing innovative, sustainable practices that will shape the future of building and create measurable value for customers through efficiency, cost savings, and exceptional project execution.
