APTURA Group Announces Leadership Transition: Karen Clark Named President and Todd Bowman Named Chief Revenue Officer

INDIANAPOLIS, March 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- APTURA Group, Inc., (APTURA) a 100% employee-owned leader in providing solutions to create safe, secure, and convenient building environments, announces the appointment of Karen Clark as its new President, effective May 30, 2025. Clark succeeds Jay Manzo, who will retire from the role but will continue working on strategic activities on the company's Board of Directors.

The transition follows a well-planned leadership strategy led by Ron Couch, CEO, & was approved by the Board last year.

Clark joined H&G Sales, Inc. in 2010 as Controller before advancing to CFO in 2016, and then appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, she holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant. Clark's strategic mindset and deep industry expertise make her an excellent fit to lead APTURA'S continued growth and innovation. The CFO role vacated by Karen will be backfilled to ensure a strong financial foundation as we move forward.

He joined H&G Sales in 2002, revitalizing the Aftermarket Sales & Service Division and later assumed responsibility for the company's entire sales operations. He has served as Vice President since 2006 and a Board of Directors member since 2013.
