Within the mining industry, the name Rob McEwen needs no further introduction.The Canadian businessman has had a legendary career, beginning with his founding of Goldcorp, which was acquired by Newmont in a $10 billion deal to being a key figure behind McEwen Mining, a company with half a billion (USD) in market capitalization.Now a Canadian Mining Hall of Famer, McEwen has set his sights on developing the world’s biggest green copper mines that are environmentally sustainable and also serve as destination-worthy sites.
