Kosmos Energy Ltd. KOS, a U.S.-based upstream energy firm, has announced that it is in the early stages of discussion for the acquisition of Tullow Oil plc TUWOY. Kosmos mentioned that the proposed transaction is expected to be an all-share acquisition.
