SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- WOW.AI, an AI entertainment company, today announced it has submitted a competitive bid for Infowars.com. The offer includes $3.5M in cash, plus additional consideration in the form of 51% of the total maximum supply of the $WARS meme coin, to be placed in a wallet controlled by the Trustee. $WARS tokens in the estate's wallet will be automatically released linearly over a period of five years.

"The demand we're witnessing for the voice provided by $WARS is unprecedented," said Rick Latona, CEO of WOW.AI. "We're not just talking about the future of Infowars—we're giving the people full control over it. This is about free speech and decentralized control of the assets. Our mission is clear. We're here to empower the people and by unveiling our groundbreaking offer; we're letting them decide what the future of Infowars should truly be."

Just last week, the company launched $WARS, a meme coin that will allow token holders to decide what the future holds for the website. Interested parties can buy $WARS, stake $WARS, vote with $WARS at wars.ai – Make your voice be heard!

Rick Latona is a Harvard Business School Alumnus and has been a pioneer of the internet domain business for over 30 years. In addition to being the CEO of WOW.AI LLC, Rick holds one of the largest privately held domain name portfolios in the world. WOW.AI has no control over the Chapter 7 Trustee or the presiding judge in the bankruptcy matter, and the presiding judge has recently indicated that the Chapter 7 Trustee's power to sell the Infowars webpage and assets may be terminated and/or suspended indefinitely. By purchasing the $WARS Token, purchasers knowingly and willingly accept the risk inherent in this transaction, including, that WOW.AI does not promise or guarantee the acquisition of any Infowars assets, including the Infowars webpage, and purchasers agree to release and hold harmless WOW.AI from any claims or causes of action related to the acquisition, or failure to acquire, any of the Infowars assets and webpage, with all such claims and causes of action being expressly waived.  While $WARS token holders will have the opportunity to vote on what the future holds for the Infowars website, voting does not mean token holders will have any ownership, or other rights with respect to the Infowars assets. It should be known that a lot is up in the air and unclear. On February 5th, 2025, after a long process, the bankruptcy judge decided that the Infowars assets could not be sold and that, instead, Alex Jones' equity interests in Infowars might be sold by the bankruptcy trustee.
