She has taken numerous cases to appellate court and won, prioritizing the needs of her clients in difficult situations.

As a Canadian citizen, Attorney Hailey McGillivray holds Juris Doctorate degrees from both the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law as well as the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Her background in family law spans different areas, including allocation of parenting time, orders of protection, and enforcement of the Hague Convention.
