The Everyday Well Challenge is the latest free addition to Life Time's robust suite of digital health and wellness tools on its app, available to download on Apple and Google App Stores.

Participants in the Everyday Well Challenge will have access to targeted, on-demand video content and tools to guide them through each week’s focus, helping them build long-term habits that can support their efforts as they pursue their health and fitness goals.
