The National Lifeline Association's Board of Directors has appointed Chuck Campbell to a board position

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa., March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Lifeline Association (NaLA) is pleased to announce the election of Chuck Campbell, Founding Partner at CGM Solutions, Inc., to its Board of Directors. The current voting members of the NaLA Board made this appointment. The position was established following recent by-law amendments aimed at expanding the board to incorporate representation from additional key sectors of the Lifeline industry.

With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, particularly in the Lifeline segment, Mr. Campbell brings invaluable expertise and a fresh perspective to the dynamic board. Established in 1997 and based in Roswell, Georgia, Mr. Campbell founded CGM Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in compliance-driven software solutions and services. CGM's SASS software supports wireless and broadband providers participating in federal initiatives, including the Lifeline Program and the former ACP program. CGM and Mr. Campbell, with their extensive history, have firmly established themselves as reliable and respected partners in the industry.

Mr. Campbell and his team have also dedicated significant efforts to collaborating with the FCC and USAC to minimize barriers for low-income consumers. They have also focused on enhancing government technology and processes to simplify customer enrollment while strengthening safeguards to ensure compliance with program rules and eligibility standards.
