Clark brings a wealth of experience to Stanton Chase, having spent over a decade in leadership roles within the executive search industry. Prior to her current appointment, Clark led recruitment initiatives and strategic placements with a variety of national and global clients. Her distinguished career includes partnering with high-profile organizations across the nonprofit, cultural, and social impact arenas—including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, United Way Worldwide, and Feeding America—as well as renowned arts and cultural institutions such as Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Opera Philadelphia, and Ravinia.

Her efforts resulted in significant year-over-year growth and a marked increase in the placement of executives of color and LGBTQ+ leaders. 

A proud Chicagoan and active community advocate, Clark's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors. She serves on the Board of Directors for Center on Halsted, co-founded and co-chairs the West Side Giving Circle under the Chicago Foundation for Women, and contributes to the arts as a member of the Joffrey Ballet Auxiliary Board. Clark holds a BA in American Studies with Thesis Honors from Tufts University and has enhanced her expertise through graduate studies in business and organizational development at Howard University.
