Innovative Fitness Franchise Secures Strategic Developments in Chicago, Seattle and Tysons

NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pvolve, the fitness franchise that pairs functional movement with resistance equipment to build strong, mobile bodies, is accelerating its national expansion with newly signed franchise agreements in three dynamic markets: Chicago, Seattle and Tysons. These developments mark another major step in Pvolve's growth strategy, bringing its signature low-impact, high-results method to more communities while attracting elite franchise partners eager to shape the future of fitness.

The newest franchise partners include:

Chicago, Illinois: Entrepreneur and business strategist Lindsay Cohen has signed a two-unit development agreement to expand Pvolve's presence in the Chicagoland area. The first studio will open in Highland Park/Deerfield, with a second location planned within 18 months.

Seattle, Washington: Tech industry veteran Elisabeth Rommel, whose leadership experience includes roles at Amazon, Google, and eBay, will launch Pvolve's first Seattle studio in Northeast Seattle or Lake Union.

Tysons, Virginia: Dr. Mona Keshtkaran, a PhD in Medical Nutrition and expert in preventive health, has signed a two-unit development agreement for the Washington, D.C. metro area. Her first location will open in Tysons, serving Vienna, McLean, Great Falls, and Falls Church, with a second studio planned for Arlington.

Each new studio is expected to create 10 to 15 local jobs, foster economic development, and introduce more people to Pvolve's smarter approach to fitness, which focuses on strength, longevity, and overall well-being.

"Pvolve's momentum continues as we welcome new franchise owners who are passionate about delivering an unparalleled fitness experience in their local communities," said Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve. "These entrepreneurs bring exceptional business acumen and a deep belief in our method, allowing us to expand strategically and ensure more people can experience the benefits of Pvolve firsthand."

Pvolve's continued expansion follows the success of its Strength Redefined Challenge, a six-week program inspired by Jennifer Aniston's personal fitness routine. Designed to redefine how people move and feel, the program emphasizes functional movement, mobility, and strength-building, empowering individuals of all ages and fitness levels to tap into their potential and enhance their healthspan from the inside out.

With territories available for development nationwide, Pvolve is seeking passionate franchise partners who share the brand's commitment to delivering a smarter approach to fitness. Current opportunities include additional locations in Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and other major markets across the U.S. The brand is actively seeking both single-unit and multi-unit franchisees who have strong business acumen and exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills.

About Pvolve
Pvolve is a workout method that pairs functional movement with resistance equipment to build strong, mobile bodies, so members can live younger, longer. After being introduced to functional fitness in 2017, founder Rachel Katzman was determined to help others experience an approach that respects the body's holistic needs while making you look and feel great. The Pvolve Method is supported by a Clinical Advisory Board of doctors, as well as highly credentialed trainers, to offer effective workouts that help you break a sweat, not your body. In June 2023, world-renowned actress, producer, and director, Jennifer Aniston, officially partnered with Pvolve after falling in love with the method as a member. Through its hybrid fitness model, Pvolve can be experienced through a streaming membership that offers over 1,300 on-demand classes, a two-way, live virtual studio, and targeted series, all available via the web and mobile apps. Additionally, Pvolve has physical studio locations in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and franchises across the US and Canada, with more than 50 locations in development.
