Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer at Noyo, where she led product expansion efforts that drove revenue growth and modernized the health-tech landscape with innovative user-centered designs, powered by breakthrough data-driven AI. Before Noyo, Elaina played a pivotal role at Inflection by developing product-led growth strategies that contributed to the company's successful acquisition by Checkr in 2022.
