Identity Defined Security Alliance Announces Identity Management Day 2025, Opens Award Nominations and Event Registration

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA), a nonprofit dedicated to providing vendor-neutral education and resources to help organizations strengthen security through identity-centric strategies, today announced that registration is open for Identity Management Day 2025, taking place on April 8, 2025. IDSA has opened nominations for the 2025 Identity Management Awards and the Identity Management Day Champion Program. IDSA invites organizations, industry leaders, and individuals to participate in both.

Now in its fifth year, Identity Management Day serves as a platform for raising awareness about the critical role of identity security in reducing cyber risk. The 2025 event will feature a keynote from Henrique Teixeira, SVP Strategy at Saviynt and former Gartner Analyst. It will be presented by IDSA and IdentityXP, in partnership with the National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCA), and co-chaired by Saviynt in the Americas and Quest Egypt Software in EMEA. The 21-hour global conference will begin in Oceania-Asia (10 AM AEST), followed by EMEA (10 AM CEST), and conclude in the Americas (9 AM EST).

With identity-related breaches remaining a top cybersecurity concern, attendees will hear about the latest trends and dig into the newest solutions from experts. Registration for Identity Management Day 2025 is open for security and IT professionals, business leaders, and identity practitioners. The event will feature keynotes, panel discussions, and educational sessions hosted by leading identity and security professionals.

Submit Your Award Nominations
Identity Management Day also celebrates leaders and organizations that prioritize identity security as a core component of their mission. The 2025 Identity Management Awards will highlight outstanding contributions in four categories:

  • Enterprise Project of the Year: Recognizing large organizations implementing impactful identity security projects.
  • SMB Project of the Year: Honoring small and medium-sized businesses (<1,000 employees) for successful identity security initiatives.
  • Innovative Use of New Technologies: Highlighting organizations leveraging emerging technologies like Non-Human Identities (NHIs), Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or any new technology.
  • Identity Management Leader of the Year: Recognizing individuals championing identity security efforts in their organizations and across the industry.

Submissions close Friday, March 28, 2025. There is no cost to submit a nomination, and vendors are encouraged to nominate end-user organizations. Award eligibility is open to non-vendor entities. Winners will be announced on Identity Management Day, April 8, 2025.
