GEODRILL PROVIDES NOTICE OF FOURTH QUARTER 2024 YEAR END FINANCIAL RESULTS

TORONTO, Feb. 3, 2025 /CNW/ - Geodrill Limited ("Geodrill" or the "Company") (TSX: GEO), a leading West African based drilling company, announces that the Company will release its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, prior to the market open on Monday March 3, 2025. Following the release, management of the Company will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET to discuss the financial results.

The conference call replay will be available from 12:00 p.m. ET on March 10, 2025 until 11:59 p.m.
