David Cade Elected as Board Chair Elect for National Contract Management Association

RESTON, Va., March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is proud to announce the appointment of David Cade as its Board Chair-Elect for Program Year 2027, with official chair duties beginning July 1, 2026. A highly respected leader in the contract management and acquisition profession, Mr. Cade brings extensive experience across corporate contracting, government services, and legal advisory roles.

Mr. Cade currently serves as the Vice President of Major Suppliers and Strategic Contracting for the Global Supply Chain and Integration function for Boeing's Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business unit. In this role, he is responsible for contract management and strategic supplier relationships across BDS' 10 largest suppliers, as well as long-term contracting strategies, technical services contracting, and commercial off-the-shelf software procurement. His career at Boeing has also included leadership positions in U.S. Government Services Business Transformation, Corporate Contracts, and Contracts, Pricing, Estimating, and Supply Chain Finance. Prior to his tenure at Boeing, he held legal roles at General Motors Corporation.

An NCMA member and advocate, Mr. Cade has been a driving force in fostering best practices and industry standards throughout his career. He also actively supports Howard University's Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management, serving on its advisory board and leading Boeing's engagement strategy with the university.
