Covenant Clearinghouse Successfully Recruits Matthew T. Kennedy from the Texas Office of Attorney General

Kennedy, former Deputy Chief of the Consumer Protection Division at the Texas Office of Attorney General, has joined the Company as General Counsel. In this role, Matt will lead Covenant Clearinghouse's expanding legal team.
Matt brings more than a decade of experience in high-profile litigation, regulatory enforcement, and providing legal counsel on novel issues facing elected officials and corporate executives. As Deputy Chief of the Consumer Protection Division, he managed a team of over seventy dedicated legal professionals, overseeing complex investigations and litigation. Throughout his career, Matt honed an extensive skill set litigating in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Beyond his professional roles, Matt has been deeply committed to pro bono legal services, volunteering with Volunteer Legal Services of Texas and providing legal aid to low-income Texans through community legal clinics.
