The answer is Cornell University'sOmnichannel Leadership Program, a unique collaboration between industry leaders, including Kellanova, and one of the world's top higher education institutions. Now in its fourth year, this program is shaping the future of omnichannel leadership, and the results speak for themselves.
Bridging the Omnichannel Skills Gap
A few years ago, during a discussion with our partner Ahold Delhaize, a multinational retail company, we realized there weren't any existing programs that truly supported omnichannel leadership. The industry needed something different, something more dynamic, more collaborative, and more directly applicable to the real-world challenges companies face today.
Cornell, Ahold Delhaize, Kellanova, and other global industry-leading organizations collaborated to create a solution. Our goal was clear: Create a high-impact learning experience that merges academic excellence with real-world expertise, giving senior leaders the tools to drive business results.
In the Omnichannel Leadership Program, Cornell's faculty bring cutting-edge research and industry leaders provide hands-on applications. That combination creates a learning experience that's both rigorous and immediately actionable.

- Immersive, Small-Group Learning: We limit attendance to just 50 participants, ensuring deep discussions, meaningful networking, and a dynamic mix of industry professionals.
