REPKON USA Announces Acquisition of McCormick Stevenson Corporation

TAMPA, Fla., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- REPKON USA Holdings Inc. ("REPKON USA"), a technology leader in the aerospace and defense market, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of McCormick Stevenson Corporation, an engineering services and design firm specializing in munitions and other defense applications. Pending regulatory review, the acquisition is expected to close in May 2025. This acquisition strengthens REPKON USA's engineering and program management team, while increasing McCormick Stevenson's resources to offer more services to its customers. McCormick Stevenson will retain its company name and continue as an independent division of REPKON USA, while also serving REPKON USA's internal engineering and program management functions.
