Onward Investors Takes Ownership of 100 M Street SE in Washington, D.C.

MINNEAPOLIS, March 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Minneapolis-based Onward Investors announces that it has taken ownership of 100 M Street SE in Washington D.C. after having acquired the senior loan secured by the property in April of 2024. The 12-story, 240,500 square foot Class-A corner office building is located in the Capitol Riverfront district and offers easy access to the nearby Navy Yard-Ballpark metro stop.
