She will oversee the continued growth and maturation of the company as it scales rapidly with new customers and products while hitting important financial milestones. "It's exciting to join Mytra when its offerings are more needed than ever," said Gantus. "With shifting trade policies and increasing global supply chain complexity, businesses need smarter, more resilient solutions to navigate uncertainty. Mytra is tackling these challenges head-on with automation that can help companies adapt to shipping variability, inventory uncertainty, and rising costs. I look forward to working alongside Chris and the team to drive strategic growth and ensure Mytra is positioned at the forefront of this transformation."

At Tesla, Gantus gained extensive expertise in optimizing factory operations, managing costs, and driving growth in manufacturing and supply chain processes. Her tenure included working closely with senior leadership, including Tesla's former CFO, which further sharpened her ability to balance strategic decision-making with operational execution.

"Supply chains are under an increasing amount of pressure, and companies need smart, agile solutions to keep up," said Chris Walti, Co-Founder and CEO of Mytra. "Gabi's deep expertise in manufacturing, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience makes her the ideal candidate to help Mytra scale in this rapidly evolving landscape. Her experience navigating complex logistics and driving operational efficiency at Tesla is exactly what we need to accelerate our impact. We're thrilled to have her on board as we tackle these challenges head-on."

Gantus joins a rapidly growing team at Mytra that boasts expertise across hardware, software, and operations from industry-leading companies like Tesla, Rivian, Stitch Fix, Walmart, and Slack. She follows the recent appointment of three industry veterans to Mytra's leadership team in October including Mike Brevoort as Principal Engineer for AI, Laurel Fullerton as Director of Electric Engineering, and Matthew Clark as Director of Structural Engineering. Gantus' hire shows the company's ability to deliver on its mission of providing industry-leading automated manufacturing solutions to customers. All of these new hires follow a period of significant growth and expansion for Mytra, having recently launched with $78 million in Series B financing.
