GI Partners Announces Mike Armstrong Rejoins as Managing Director and Head of Technology and Science Real Estate Investments

With more than 20 years of real estate and infrastructure investment experience, Mike returns to GI Partners from Stream Data Centers, where he most recently served as the company's Chief Strategy Officer. His experience there included data center acquisitions, transaction structuring,  and collaboratively negotiating and executing capital structures and hyperscale leases across Stream's development portfolio.
