In anticipation of Burrito Insurance redemption, the leading fast-casual Mexican restaurant conducted an independent survey1 of 1,000 Gen Z burrito lovers, which revealed that 78% would invariably keep a free burrito rather than share. In fact, QDOBA reports that two-thirds (66%) of Zoomers aren't thrilled when someone asks for a bite of their burrito even when more than 80% of Gen Zers admit to being able to eat burritos multiple times a week.

  • Nearly half (49%) of Gen Zers choose burritos for lunch, followed by 39% for dinner
  • Most (57%) enjoy burritos at home, with 26% preferring to eat them on the couch

QDOBA also found that 85% of Gen Zers admit to experiencing food envy when they see someone else's meal – so in these situations, QDOBA's Burrito Insurance can conveniently come to the rescue!
