Gemini Shippers Association Expands Commercial Team with Two New Additions
NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Gemini Shippers Association, the largest shippers association in North America, is proud to announce the expansion of its commercial team with the addition of two seasoned professionals: Aimee Goldman and Janet Torres. This move reflects Gemini's commitment to continuous growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to its members.

Aimee Goldman, Commercial Director
Aimee brings nearly 25 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, including a distinguished career at APL, where she held leadership roles in Sales and Customer Service. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of International Transportation for Kirkland's Home, overseeing strategic initiatives to optimize international shipping operations. Aimee's ability to navigate the complexities of global supply chains, foster relationships with ocean carriers, and provide valuable shipper perspectives will be a tremendous asset to Gemini's membership.
Aimee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Janet Torres, Inside Sales Analyst
Janet brings 18 years of expertise in the forwarding and logistics industry, having worked with prominent companies including JAS, Geodis Wilson, Hellmann, and most recently, RCS Logistics as an Inside Sales Coordinator. With her extensive knowledge of freight forwarding and proven ability to support shippers, Janet will play a dual role in supporting existing members and driving business development through inside sales.
Janet studied at Miami Dade College and completed the CHB Customs Review program through Albizu University – Miami Campus.
