Frasle Mobility reaches record of almost R$4 billion in consolidated net revenue in 2024
CAXIAS DO SUL, Brazil, March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A Frasle Mobility registered a new record annual result in 2024 as the consolidated net revenue reached almost R$4 billion. This figure is 17% higher than what was registered in the previous year.
Adjusted EBITDA reached R$729.0 million in the year, up 9.7%, while the adjusted EBITDA margin was 18.4%. Revenue in the foreign market, which includes exports from Brazil with the performance of operations in other countries, totaled R$1.6 billion, an increase of 27% compared to 2023.
Amidst a challenging macroeconomic context, the company sustained positive growth performance across all its operations, in Brazil and worldwide. Advances and leadership in terms of market share were recorded across different product lines, with highlights for segments such as friction, hydraulic components and shock absorbers.
The figures determined in 2024 have not yet been taking into account the synergies from the acquisition of Dacomsa, in Mexico. The historic announcement, made last June, represents Frasle Mobility's largest acquisition and was finalized in January of this year.
