The signing of this exclusive agreement grants the company the technology license to develop private real estate projects, Public Access Lagoons® and hybrid projects within the Orlando area.

"In 2022 we began our international expansion plan. During this time we have landed in five new countries, where we are developing ventures under different commercial brands for different targets. These agreements with Crystal Lagoons will provide our projects with a unique and differentiated value proposition," said Jaime Garbarsky, president of ECIPSA.

Since the purchase of land in Palm Bay to develop a major mixed-use project of more than 100 hotel rooms and almost 300 apartments in a strategic location in Florida where the world's most important defense and aerospace companies are located, ECIPSA Group has entered into various alliances to further its expansion in the region.

The company headed by Jaime Garbarsky closed 2024 with the launch of Vértice, the multifamily project it is co-developing with the company led by Diego Lowenstein, Lionstone, one of the most prestigious developers in Florida, and Prozynergies, investment specialists in the United States.

With Crystal Lagoons, it has signed different Master Agreements and projects to operate exclusively in Israel, Brazil, Paraguay, and now in Orlando. The Argentine company recently acquired land in Israel to develop the first lagoon in the middle-eastern country and is moving forward in partnership with a major Brazilian bank to bring the technology to a high-end residential development under construction in the state of São Paulo.

In addition to its operations in the United States, Israel, Brazil, Paraguay, and Panama, ECIPSA carries out projects in nine provinces of Argentina. In its more than 45 years of experience, it has developed more than 100 projects in 15 cities, urbanized more than 2,000 hectares, built and was involved in more than 14,000 units including lots, houses, and apartments.
