The sale of Pioneer Ford, now rebranded as Pugmire Ford of Bremen, was completed with Austin Pugmire of Pugmire Automotive Group acquiring the dealership. The transaction was facilitated by Bill Fields, Principal M&A Executive at DSMA, who represented the sellers Tammy Raciborski and Bob Winiarczyk.
