DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, March 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Altus Equity Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kennedale Light Industrial Park, a newly developed small-bay industrial property located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metro Area. The transaction, brokered by Colliers and led by Senior Vice President Cody Payne, closed in February.
