MINNEAPOLIS, March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, has announced the promotion of two key leaders, effective March 1. Brad Hendrickson has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and David Grandstaff has been promoted to Midwest and Southwest Regional President.

As COO of AP, Hendrickson provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive operational excellence and sustained growth. He will oversee all aspects of business performance, ensuring alignment with AP's long-term goals, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. In addition, Hendrickson will be accountable for operational efficiencies, strengthen profitability, and advance safety and quality initiatives. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Hendrickson has built a distinguished career—beginning as a field engineer and quickly advancing to project manager, chief estimator, construction manager, area manager, and regional president.
