The company is hiring in sales, engineering, software development, and other skilled technical positions. In addition to new office space in Addison and Ottawa, Semperis' office headquarters is in Hoboken, NJ, and its research and development hub, Semperis Labs, is in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Addison office space consists of 24,000 square feet and will enable Semperis to increase its Dallas-area workforce to more than 150 employees. As Semperis strengthens its presence in Canada, the Innovation Center is located inside the TTC Canada Innovation Centre. The company has grown 25 % in 2024 to nearly 500 employees globally, with a local presence across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Semperis recently reached a significant milestone, surpassing $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), an achievement that fewer than 1 in every 1,000 enterprise software companies attain.
