Mattamy Homes wins Best New Community Award for Hearthstone

EDMONTON, AB, March 24, 2025 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is thrilled to announce that its Hearthstone community located in Sherwood Park, AB, has won Best New Community at BILD Edmonton's 2025 Awards of Excellence in Housing.

The BILD Edmonton Awards of Excellence in Housing is an annual event that recognizes the best in the homebuilding and land development industry. The Best New Community is an annual award presented to the city's most livable communities and best places to call home. It recognizes a community that stands out with its amenities, environmental and sustainability initiatives, signage, home types and designs, streetscape and architecture, and sales.
