The Palm Beach County luxury home was initially listed for $5.2 million, but will now sell to the highest bidder regardless of price in an auction without reserve, according to Platinum Luxury Auctions, the firm hired by the property owner to manage the sale. The seller retained Platinum for the sale of the Delray Beach home after the Miami-based real estate auction specialist sold a waterfront villa he owned on the Caribbean island of Grand Cayman in March of 2024.
