Lisa Hettinger Joins Catalyst Solutions as Advisory Board Member

Hettinger brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare, including a distinguished tenure as Chief Financial Officer and State Medicaid Director at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

At Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Hettinger was responsible for the staffing, operating performance, and leadership of the department's financial, accounting, regulatory, IT and auditing functions. She managed a $5.5 billion annual budget and spearheaded initiatives that strengthened child welfare, promoted upward mobility, improved behavioral health and reduced the regulatory burden on department stakeholders. Hettinger is a leader in both Medicaid managed care and healthcare policy. She has successfully championed numerous statewide healthcare initiatives during her tenure. Currently she also serves as the Senior Financial Director for a large health system in Idaho, dedicated to enhancing community health through high-quality, cost-effective care.
