Adjusted segment earnings came in at $261.5 million, down from $274.9 million recorded in the year-ago quarter but beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $246 million. The segment recorded adjusted margins of 6.4% of sales, the same as recorded in the previous year's quarter.Sales of the E-Systems segment were $1.47 billion, falling 1.6% year over year but beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.44 billion.
