PITTSBURGH, March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- "I have extensive experience as a truck technician and always struggled with hub removal from the steering knuckles of medium-duty trucks," said an inventor, from Boonville, N.Y., "so I invented THE HUB PULLER ADAPTER. My design would apply significant pulling force precisely where needed to dislodge and remove the hub on the very first attempt and without a physical struggle."

The patent-pending invention provides effective pulling action on the front wheel bearing/hub of medium-duty trucks. In doing so, it offers an alternative to using a flathead screwdriver as a prybar or other tools such as a heavy weighted hammer, air hammer, or an Oxy-Acetylene torch in an attempt to remove the hub from the knuckle. As a result, it helps avoid damage. The invention features a practical design that is easy to use so it is ideal for auto/truck repair shops, dealerships, mechanics, etc. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.

The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
