Management changes at CEWE

Oldenburg, 26 February 2025. In today's meeting, the Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung decided that the contract of the Chairwoman of the Executive Board of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung (CEO), Ms. Yvonne Rostock, will expire at the end of her term. Ms. Rostock will hand over her office to Executive Board member Mr. Thomas Mehls on May 1, 2025. As the personally liable partner, the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung manages the business of the listed CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901).

At the same time, Mr. Patrick Berkhouwer, also a current member of the Executive Board, will be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board by the Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung. With the new structure of the Executive Board, the number of Board members will be reduced from six to five. The Board of Trustees also announced that Ms. Sirka Hintze will join the Executive Board as of June 1, 2025 - initially without a department, and from August 15, 2025 as Chief Financial Officer to replace CFO Dr. Olaf Holzkämper, as planned and already announced.
