Custom Ink Names Former Dell, Vistaprint, and ezCater Executive Ryan Massimo as Chief Revenue Officer
TYSONS, Va., March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Custom Ink, the online leader in custom products and apparel for organizations, groups, and businesses, today named Ryan Massimo as Chief Revenue Officer. Massimo has two decades of experience serving in senior roles overseeing enterprise sales and transformation initiatives at companies including Vistaprint, Dell, and ezCater.
In this new position, Massimo will be responsible for the strategy and execution of sales initiatives for Custom Ink, while working to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing revenue organization. Among his responsibilities, Massimo will develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention, and he will work with Custom Ink's product team to better serve customers through its sales channels. Massimo will join Custom Ink's senior leadership team, reporting to CEO David Doctorow.

At Vistaprint, he led the corporate sales team and played a key role in the company's global transformation. Most recently, at ezCater, he built and scaled the corporate B2B sales motion from $10 million/year to more than $400 million/year, helping to establish the company as a leader in workplace food solutions. Ryan brings a deep expertise in sales strategy, partnerships, and team development. He is based in the Boston area.
Massimo is the fourth new member of Custom Ink's senior leadership team hired or promoted this year under Doctorow. Earlier announcements included the hiring of Arthur Chapin and promotion of Bailey Rockwell Adrian as Chief Product, Design, and Technology Officer (CPDTO) and Vice President, Power Buyers, respectively, and the arrival of Ben Litvinas as Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO).
