"Each year, our March conference attracts top industry professionals who share their valuable insights on the latest trends in CRE finance," said Lisa Pendergast, President and CEO, CREFC.

"This year, our panelists will consider how a growingly dynamic regulatory environment and shifting macroeconomic issues impact income-producing properties. Our panels will examine the role of alternative lenders in today's environment and what's driving their interest in commercial real estate. Housing in general, and multifamily in particular, will be a keen focus as dynamics in the sector are constantly changing as issues such as tenant protections and affordability take center stage. Loan performance - be it for securitized or balance-sheet loans - also tops the list of lender and bond investor concerns and will be addressed in one of the day's panels."
