Krishna Narayanan, MD
Dr. Krishna Narayanan is a plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience in private practice. He earned his MD from the University of Madras, Chennai, India, in 1981 and completed a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at UPMC in Pittsburgh in 1994. Dr. Narayanan specializes in wound care management and surgical interventions including split thickness skin graft and PRP placement for wound healing, amniotic allograft with stem cell stimulation, collagen matrix graft and more. He holds hospital privileges at multiple Pennsylvania institutions and serves as medical director and executive committee member at Encompass, Select Specialty, and PAM Health Hospitals. He also serves as the medical director of wound care to oversee clinical methods and outcomes to treat patients with complex wound care problems.
Chase Sessions, DO
Dr. Chase Sessions is a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine, undersea and hyperbaric medicine, and wound care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Weber State University before obtaining his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University in 2012. Dr. Sessions began his medical career as a combat medic in the Utah Army National Guard, where he provided medical care during Hurricane Katrina relief efforts and a humanitarian mission in Nicaragua. Following his residency at Shasta Community Health Center, he gained extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and wound management at various institutions, including the Veterans Affairs Clinic, Mercy Clinic, and SUNY University Hospital, where he completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. He currently serves as the facility medical director of Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine, overseeing patients requiring hyperbaric oxygen therapy. A certified wound specialist physician, Dr. Sessions, is actively involved in medical education and research, contributing to the advancement of hyperbaric medicine and wound care.
Thomas Zumbaugh, DPM
Dr. Thomas Zumbaugh is a board-qualified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with extensive experience in podiatric surgery and lower extremity wound care. He is a founding member at the Indy Wound Center for Limb Preservation and Reconstruction and currently serves as clinical faculty for the Ascension St. Vincent Podiatric Residency. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University prior to completing residency training at the University of Pennsylvania Health System with emphasis on Lower Extremity Reconstruction and Limb Preservation. Dr. Zumbaugh has been in private practice at Indy Wound since 2023 and has worked with local hospital systems to implement a renowned Limb Preservation program for Central Indiana.
Darrin Rotman, MD
Dr. Darrin Rotman is a board-certified dermatologist with over 29 years of experience specializing in general, medical, surgical, and Mohs dermatology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1992, graduating with multiple academic honors, including the Thomas Brown McLelland Scholar Award. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he also served as an internal medicine intern. Dr. Rotman is a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery, having performed over 16,000 cases, and holds a Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery Subspecialty Certification. Since 1998, he has been in private practice as the CLIA Laboratory Director at the American Institute of Dermatology in Sebring, Florida, where he provides comprehensive dermatologic care. His extensive expertise in skin cancer treatment, surgical dermatology, and laboratory management makes him a highly respected leader in his field.
