AVANTI HELIUM ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO EQUITY INCENTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN

(TSXV: AVN) (OTC: ARGYF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") approved all proposed resolutions at the annual general meeting of the Shareholders held on November 29, 2024, including an amendment to the Company's equity incentive compensation plan (the "Plan"). The Plan was amended to increase the maximum number of common shares of the Company issuable pursuant to awards issued under the Plan to 9,681,210 and to comply with certain requirements of the TSXV Venture Exchange.
