The Sub-Fund’s portfolio will invest directly in equities, equitylike transferable securities (e.g. convertible bonds), and fixed-income or floating-rate notes admitted to official listing on a stock exchange or dealt in on another Regulated Market or indirectly through the use of derivatives. Equities will be mainly issued by large cap companies, with no geographic or industry restrictions. Investments in financial instruments with no rating or rated lower than investment grade (expressed or embedded in the issuer rating) according to at least one rating agency (BBB- assigned by S&P or Fitch, Baa3assigned by Moody’s) shall not exceed 30% of the Sub-Fund’s net assets.
