TORONTO, April 17, 2025 /CNW/ - The Tribunal issued a Notice of Hearing to consider the application dated April 15, 2025, made by SC2 Inc., to review a decision of the Toronto Stock Exchange, disclosed by Sherritt International Corporation to SC2 Inc. on April 9, 2025, relating to the conditional approval of the listing of up to 99,000,000 common shares of Sherritt International Corporation.

The hearing will be held on April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. by videoconference.
